Hi love, my name is Sarita—I am a Being° Coach and Mentor

In 2019, my life cracked open.

The end to a relationship tore through me in ways I didn’t expect. The experience left me unmoored, as though every familiar shape of who I was had shattered.

And in the ruins of that pain, a question emerged: “Who am I?” What followed wasn’t a quick answer or a tidy resolution. It was a slow, deliberate unfolding—a return to the core of my being.

That breakup, though devastating, became the fertile ground where I started to rebuild—not from who I thought I should be, but from the truth of who I am.

Looking back, I see it clearly now: that heartbreak wasn’t an ending. It was an opening—the beginning of a deeper and more honest relationship with myself.

Pain became the teacher I didn’t know I needed, guiding me to create a life rooted in love, clarity, and freedom.
