I kindly ask for your patience as each product you see in my shop is made on-demand, which means once you place the order, my manufacturer starts working to get the product(s) to you.

It takes time for them to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we're all part of the sustainable fashion movement.

US: 3-4 business days*

International: At this time, I only ship to the United States but I will continue to post updates on the website as the shop evolves.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, I am unable to offer any refunds. Please contact me if you have any questions ☺︎


Physical products

All products are created on demand. They’re made for you, therefor all sales are final with your purchase. I only accept returns or exchanges for item(s) damaged in transit or incorrect item(s).


Damaged item(s)

I do my best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let me know straight away so I can help you solve the problem. I always offer to send out replacements for damaged item(s)—however I do not offer a full refund.

To be eligible for an exchange please:

  1. Email info@saritawalsh.com within 7 days of of the delivered date.

  2. Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged item(s), and send them together with your order number, and other relevant information about the claim.

  3. Upon receipt of your email, I will respond promptly and accordingly, and make sure your replacement is sent out.


Shipping back damaged or incorrect item(s)

For instructions on how to ship back the damaged or incorrect item(s), refer to the email received after placing the claim.


Lost or stolen package(s)

Unfortunately I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, I will confirm delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to info@saritawalsh.com no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Don’t worry! I will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
